Until now, almost 3 months i didn’t do sports routine, and almost 1 month didn’t do sports at all. Actually, i do love sports! all sports except one, swimming! (we’ll talk abou this later,huh?=). And two the best are Capoeira and Gym Fitness.Last time was monday 20th of september 2010 i practice capoeira in Unpad Bandung, and for gym, it was….it was….damn!i can’t remember excatly, but i think few days after Ied Fitri Day. I can’t blame anything except my capabilities in time-management which is not really good that make me lose something when i get something.
Yeah, not only that its kind of rare i have free time to do sports, especially for those best two! but also my body already exhausted when i have the time to do it -__-!. Instead of my activity become more and more, i also have to go to jakarta every weekend (even sometimes two times in a week!lol)
I do love capoeira, and i admit that i missing it, the ginga,axe,brotherhood,sweat,shouted,roda,berimbau,atabaque,pandeiro,etc.
I do love fitnes because i want to get healthy and look healthy…lol
